On the top most 26th floor of the Carrot Tower are an observation lobby and restaurant. The observation lobby is free of charge. Many people visit it to enjoy the view. It is possible to see Mount Fuji on sunny days when the air is clear.

This 126-seat movie theater is a two-minute walk from Shimo-takaido Station’s East Exit. It uses a shifting schedule to show a wide variety of films, both Japanese and Western. Each day it shows four or five movies that range from major productions to art house movies. On the lobby’s walls are newspaper film reviews and posters of scheduled showings that just may spark your interest in seeing something new. It is a movie theater loved by movie fans, of course, but also locals and people living along the train line.
