Wakabayashi has the only rail crossing on Kannana-dori Avenue. Traffic is stopped with a traffic signal rather than a crossing gate. Like the cars, Setagaya Line trains diligently stop and wait for the signal to change before proceeding. It is a gentle scene typical of Setagaya and visitors can see it here.

On the top most 26th floor of the Carrot Tower are an observation lobby and restaurant. The observation lobby is free of charge. Many people visit it to enjoy the view. It is possible to see Mount Fuji on sunny days when the air is clear.
